About Me.
I have been a nurse since 2009, starting my career in Labor and Delivery. After many years in that role, I transitioned into clinical leadership in the pediatric home health space in 2017. Initially, I worked as a Clinical Supervisor and then as a Clinical Manager, which allowed me to build an extensive background in critical care, education, and project management. In 2020, I took on the Director of Clinical Services role at my current company, where I was tasked with building the division from the ground up.
Currently, I serve as the Regional Director of Nursing and the Administrator of Home Health. Over the last five years, I’ve grown my division to include four branches and hundreds of employees. My leadership style is grounded in strong interpersonal communication, focusing on teamwork to achieve goals.
As an Administrator, I’ve gained experience in change management, budgeting, process improvement, team building, staff mentoring, and resource development. I am deeply passionate about ensuring quality patient care while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.
I have been privileged to care for patients and their families in Lower Merion Township. Many community members know me well and can attest to my character. This is my community, and I am committed to serving it.
Volunteering, Extracurriculars and Community Engagement
I am an avid runner and have participated in races yearly raising money for the Philadelphia Police Foundation and Chai Lifeline, an organization that supports children with cancer and life threatening diseases. I am also blessed to be part of a few different groups including a Cookbook Club and a weekly Mah Jongg group. In my role at my company, I was privileged to have attended the recent ARC Alliance Gala. The ARC Alliance empowers individuals with disabilities throughout life and advocates for their full inclusion in the community.
